"Medea" single chair, an icon of Italian design from the 50s. This fantastic chair is made of curved oak wood and black metal legs. Designed by Vittorio Nobili for the Tagliabue Brothers in 1955. First advertised in Domus issue 329 in April 1955, it has become an iconic and highly collectible piece of mid-century design. Perfect restoration condition. This piece is attributed to the designer/manufacturer mentioned above. It does not have an attribution mark. This piece has been attributed based on archival documentation, such as vintage catalogues, designer recordings, or other bibliographic sources.
