1. Definition and object of the contract
This site is a ecommece. The Furniture of the past S.r.l. makes on this site sells antique articles and design used, sold directly or by submitting a proposal to purchase. This agreement ("agreement") is a contract according to art. 50 et seq. Of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("consumer code"). The contract for the sale of goods between past Furniture S.r.l., with registered office in Strada Valenza 4:00-15033 Casale Monferrato (AL) and the consumer (the "customer"). The contract is concluded directly through your acceptance of furniture from the past purchase proposal issued S.r.l. by the customer or the customer's purchase at full price.
These general conditions of sale ("terms and conditions") and, in particular, the information provided for in art. 52 of the consumer code, as provided by past Furniture S.r.l., will remain valid and enforceable until they are modified and/or supplemented by past Furniture S.r.l.. Any changes and/or additions to the terms and conditions will be effective from the date on which will be communicated to the public and will apply to sales made after that date. The latest updated version of the general terms and conditions is available on the site.
The selling prices of the products shown on the site from the past Furniture S.r.l. include sets "margin scheme" art. 36 D.L. 41/1995 conv. with edit. L. 85/1995. Delivery costs are not included and shown on every page of the article that can be calculated by entering the destination country in the non-contact design space. If a destination country hadn't shown the carriage charge will be requested through quote.
All data published in ads are valid except for transcription errors and omissions in its title, price, description or picture.
3. How to Purchase and Payment
3.1 – the contract is concluded through immediate purchase at full price indicated by the customer.
3.2-In case of orders the past Furniture S.r.l. reserves the right to decide the acceptance, any counteroffer or rejection and the customer will be informed by email with automatic by the system.
3.3- The customer will be allowed to choose one of the following methods of payment: Paypal; Bank transfer in advance the details will be communicated to the customer at the end of the sale; In Cash on delivery by check or cash only for amounts not exceeding Euro 3,000.00.
4. Delivery of products - Complaints
4.1-past Furniture S.r.l. delivery to the address indicated by the customer with transportation mode consordate or explained on the site in the page mode of shipment.
4.2-any complaints concerning the purchase of a product will be forwarded to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
For each piece of furniture or a decorative object purchased the furniture of the Past srl releases on customer request regular Expertise in accordance with Article 63 of Legislative Decree 29 October 1999, n. 490.
6. Customer Obligations
Customer represents and warrants that: to be a consumer in accordance with art. 3 of the Consumer Code; to be an adult; that the data supplied by the same for implementation of the Agreement are true and correct.
7.1-the sale is assisted by the statutory warranties for defects and flaws. Pursuant to article 53 Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 # 206, if the customer is a consumer has the right to terminate the contract for any reason and without explanation. To exercise this right, the customer must send a written notice within 10 business days from receipt of goods. The notice shall be sent by email to email@example.com. The goods must be returned at the expense of the customer within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods, the headquarters of Furniture from the past S.r.l. in Strada provinciale 35bis dei Giovi nr 41 15062 Bosco Marengo (AL). We will refund the full amount paid (excluding postage) after ascertaining the integrity of returned goods.
